🔁 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your custom pieces from Adele Embroidery and Printing! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our embroidered and printed items, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or with a production error.

  • Non-Custom Items: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

💸 Refunds

  • If your item is eligible for a refund, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We’ll make it right—either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
