A Step-by-Step Guide to Embroidery and Printing

Embroidery
The turnaround time for custom embroidery depends on the complexity of the design, the quantity in the order, and the number of pending projects ahead. Generally, orders are completed within 2–3 days.
Clients are welcome to bring their own items for embroidery, as long as they’re suitable for stitching and fit our equipment. Please note, there’s always a small risk of damage if the machine malfunctions. We also offer a selection of apparel and accessories available for order.
Custom ball caps can feature embroidery or puff embroidery, and any size, style, or color can be ordered to match specific needs.
Digitizing
While artwork or graphic files are preferred for digitizing, they aren’t required. Designs can also be submitted as .jpg or .pdf images, and help is available for creating designs or logos if needed.
Once the artwork is received, it will be digitized, and a preview image will be shared for approval. After finalizing the design, a test stitch will be done to ensure it works well with the chosen material or item. With approval, the design will then be embroidered onto the products.
Printing
Custom printing turnaround times vary based on the design’s complexity, the order size, and how many projects are already in the queue. Most orders are typically ready within one to two weeks.
Clients are welcome to bring their own items for printing, as long as they’re compatible with the equipment and can be printed. Items should be new and unwashed, but please note there’s always a small risk of damage if the machine malfunctions.
Custom ball caps can be printed.
A vector file is an image that can be scaled to any size without losing quality or clarity. Made up of mathematically defined lines, curves, and shapes, vector graphics are easy to create and edit. While artwork or graphic files .ping .ai are preferred, they’re not required. Designs can also be submitted as .jpg or .pdf images, and assistance is available for creating designs or logos if needed.
Once the artwork is received, the design will be vectorized and a preview image shared for approval. After receiving final approval, the design will be prepared for printing onto the product(s).
